Insurtech UK in Australia
Last week our CEO Melissa Collett travelled to Sydney to attend InsurtechLIVE 24, a conference held by InsurtechAustralia to spotlight the insurtech investment environment and the role of technology in enabling insurance innovation. Melissa delivered a keynote address at the conference, providing international insights and discussing the opportunities for cross-trade between the UK and Australia in the insurtech market. It was great to see some of our members attending the conference as part of an Insurtech UK delegation.
We were also grateful to take part in a series of meetings and roundtables organised by the British High Commission around the conference, in order to deepen connections between the UK and Australian insurance and insurtech sectors, and to promote opportunities arising from the UK-Australia Free Trade Agreement.
